22 Dec INTIMACY ~ IN TO ME I SEE
Intimacy shared with your partner is a reflection of the intimacy you share with yourself.
You can only meet someone at the depth at which you’ve met yourself.
Therefore, intimacy starts with you. Your relationship with yourself. How deep you decide to dive into your soul, your heart, your wounds. How much shadow are you willing to unveil.
If you are afraid to look within, your relationship will reflect this. Perhaps in a superfluous or superficial way. You may crave intimacy although have no idea how to create it (been there!)
Being intimate with yourself requires courage. To be vulnerable. To be seen. For all your imperfections and flaws.
It is only then, when we have dived deep into ourselves can we create something deeply intimate with another.
I just love helping people creating deep intimacy. If this is you, and you would like some help email me at Lauren@laurenblundell.com
