When we heal our inner child, we allow ourselves to fully step into who we are as an adult.

Many of us don’t realise that we are operating from a child belief system that we created somewhere between the ages of 4-7 years old.

For very good reason that belief is there to protect us and keep us safe.

For many clients in many therapy clinic rooms across the globe what my clients and every client comes to realise is that the childhood belief is no longer serving them.

However, this belief has helped shaped their entire life.

For example, little girl was picked on by older brother and parents didn’t do anything to stop it. Parents seemed to favour son over daughter and so, daughter grew up believing she was not loveable. This belief lowered her self-esteem, self-worth and feelings of being enough for love.

First boyfriend cheated on her.

Second boyfriend didn’t make her a priority in relationship

Husband is abusive.

Our beliefs form our standards, boundaries, values and these create our reality.

Most of the time, my clients have no idea that their childhood beliefs have had such a profound impact on their life.

This work gives me great pleasure, to watch women step into their power as a woman. Fully claim themselves and redefine how they want to live their life.

As a coach, I couldn’t be prouder.

The belief is created from an experience or event where we either did or did not receive love. We internally make said event mean something about us, create a belief which will empower us or disempower us, and subconsciously our brains will continuously look for clues to continuously solidify that our belief is true.

The interesting thing about beliefs is that they are completely made up.

email me if you would like to step into your power as a woman.
